Phyllis H. (Nichols) Bradford, 88, of New Bedford died Monday March 16, 2015 at home.
Born in Fairhaven, the daughter of the late Clifton and Phoebe (Gregory) Nichols, she lived in Fairhaven and New Bedford for most of her life.
Mrs. Bradford was a hairdresser at Lucille's Beauty Salon in New Bedford until her retirement.
She is survived by her daughter, Gale Bradford of New Bedford; four grandsons, Brandon and Nikki Chase of Fairhaven, Shannon and Stacey Chase, and Addam Chase, all of New Bedford, and Joshua and Kathi Chase of Fairhaven; four great-grandchildren, Peter, Jacob, Abigail, and Alexander Chase; a nephew; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was predeceased by her former husband, Curtis Bradford, her longtime companion, Harold Ward, and her siblings, Donald Nichols and Evelyn Robitaille.
