Mary F. (Daly) McKeon, 91, of Worcester, died Thursday, March 12th in St. Vincent Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Edward P. McKeon; three daughters, Mary F. McKeon, Alice C. McKeon and her fiancée David Mingori all of Worcester and Julie A. Yahn and her husband, Eric of Oakland, ME; her granddaughter, Brittany Yahn DePalma and her husband, Chris of Oakland, ME; and her great-granddaughter Pagean DePalma; and many nephews and nieces.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Michael P. and Mary F. (Culloty) Daly. Mrs. McKeon was a graduate Ascension High School and Regis College and had worked at the former Ward School of Business; as a business teacher at Millbury High School and as a substitute business teacher at Auburn High School. She was a long time member of Christ the King Church.
Her funeral is Saturday, March 14th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church 1052 Pleasant Street. Private burial will be in the spring at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Leicester. A visitation period will be held from 8:30 until 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home the day of the funeral.
