Deborah Cuadrado, 43, of New Bedford died Monday March 9, 2015 at home.
Born in Humaco, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Maria Acosta and the late Hipolito Cuadrado, she lived in New Bedford and Fairhaven for most of her life. Deb received support from the Southeastern Mass. Educational Collaborative's SAIL program and she was one of the first individuals to move out and live on her own. She enjoyed entertaining and spending time with her companion Sean Bridgwood and her many friends.
Deb was employed by Stop and Shop for 19 years.
She is survived by her mother; her siblings, Felix Cuadrado, Eli Cuadrado, Lucy Cuadrado, Miriam Cuadrado, Evelyn Cuadrado, David Campos, Daniel Ferrer, Raymond Velasquez, and Paquito Velasquez; her grandmother, Martina Acosta; and many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Elenita Campos.
Her Memorial Service will be held on Thurday March 19, 2015 at 11 AM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery. For directions and guestbook, please visit www.saundersdwyer.com.
