Patricia M. D´Ambrosio, age 48, of Medford formerly of Chelsea, past away January 17th following a short illness. She was the beloved wife of Thomas D´Ambrosio. Born in Chelsea she was the cherished daughter of Joan (Doyle) Leslie of Chelsea and the the late Jim Leslie.
Patricia was extremely devoted to her family and friends and loved her work in the customer service department of Verizon Telephone, where she was employed for the last five years. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's memory to Hallmark Hospice, 100 Hospital Rd., Malden, MA 02148.
In addition to her husband and mother, Patricia is preceded in death by her son Thomas. She is survived by her sons Christopher D'Ambrosio of Medford and Mark D'Ambrosio of Winthrop. She is also survived by her brother James Leslie of Peabody and sisters, Sharon Kunzler of New Jersey and Nancy Neri of Chelsea. She is further survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Thursday, at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St. Somerville, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Wednesday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
