Rodney Lee Christiansen, 54, of Anderson died March 4, 2015 at Community Hospital after an illness.
He was born June 2, 1960 in Tulsa, OK to Donald Dean and Betty (Peoples) Christiansen.
He retired from Frito-Lay in 2012 after 32 years of service.
He loved riding his Harley Davidson Sportster; walking at Mounds Park, listening to Elvis Presley music and barbequing on his Weber grill.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Stephanie Patrice (Finn) Christiansen of Anderson whom he married August 11, 1978; mother, Betty (Peoples) Christiansen; daughter, Heather Marie Welker; two sons, Rodney Lee Christiansen, JR and Shawn Donald Christiansen; two granddaughters, Sarah Welker and Ciara Welker; three siblings, Kathy Durham; Donald Christiansen and Tonya Mitchell; Jebidiah, his faithful German Shepherd dog.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Dean Christiansen and his grandmother, Ella Christiansen.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Cremation will follow.
