Obituary


Breeden, Robert M. 94 of Louisville passed away Saturday February 28, 2015 at Seneca Place Nursing Home.

Born in Louisville, he was a Protestant by faith, and he retired from the USPS after 32 years, he was an Army Veteran of World War II.
He is a survivor of the Battle of the Bulge, a Purple Heart recipient,and he was in the 705 Tank Destroyer Battalion. He

was a Caddie for 15 years at the Valhalla Country Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Edna Pearl Breeden, his brothers and sisters, and two daughters and one son.

He is survived by his loving wife of 76 years Helen, his children; Phillip Breeden (Peggy), and Roberta McMahan (Bill), grandchildren;

Shaun, Chris, Mark, Becky, and Billie Jo, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday March 7, from 1-4 p.m. at the Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd Louisville, KY 40299, with a

Memorial Service to follow at 3 p.m. with Military Honors at the Funeral Home.

Interment will be at the KY Veterans Cemetery Central at a later date.
