Ruby Bullington, 67, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Friday morning, January 7, 2005 at Sylvester Health Care.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 10, 2005 at Calvary Baptist Church, Fitzgerald, with the Rev. James Griffin and the Rev. Ricky Kellum officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7:00 until 9:00, Sunday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bullington was born August 6, 1937, in Turner County, Georgia to the late Pleasant W. and Dora Maebelle Rump Lamb. She lived in Ben Hill County and Irwin County most of her life and was a former employee of Fitzgerald Underwear and H.R. Kaminsky and Sons. Mrs. Bullington was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Bullington is survived by her children: Norman Bullington, Carlton Bullington, Mae Brady and Sherrie Giddens, all of Fitzgerald and Janet Batten, Tift County, GA; twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren; two brothers: Homer Lamb, Fitzgerald and Charlie Lamb, Arabi, GA; one sister: Alice Cumbee, Fitzgerald; Several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Clifford Bullington, three brothers and a sister.
