WEBSTER – Lorraine Jeanette (Paquin) Hunt, 67, of 96 Slater Street, died Tuesday, January 4, at home. Her beloved husband, Earl W. Hunt, died on October 13, 1989.
She leaves five children, Andre P. Begin of Webster, Annette T. Begin of Thompson, CT, Deidre A. Kennedy and her husband William, also of Thompson, Earl M. Hunt “Junior” of Portland, ME, and Jean-Pierre Begin and his wife Denise P., both of Dudley; a sister, Lillian Pelkey and her husband Russell of Zolfo Springs, FL; 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; nephews and nieces.
She was born in Pascoag, RI, daughter of Montcalm and Lucy B. (Boucher) Paquin. She graduated from Burrillville High School in Harrisville, RI, in 1955.
Mrs. Hunt was a homemaker. She was a member of Saint Louis Church, and the Saint Louis League of Catholic Women. She loved her grandchildren, and was greatly loved by everybody.
The funeral will be held Monday, January 10, from Scanlon Funeral Service, East Main Street, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Louis Church, 14 Lake St. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Dudley. Calling hours are from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, January 9, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Ssint Louis Church, 15 Lake Street, Webster, MA 01570, or to the Central Mass. Shelter for Homeless Veterans, 69 Grove Street, Worcester, MA 01605
