Gertrude (Brown) Barron age 80 of Salem, NH, died Monday at the Harborside Northwood in Bedford, NH.
She was born in Salem, NH, where she was a life long resident, and graduated from Woodbury High School in 1942 She later graduated from Plymouth Teachers College in 1946.
Mrs. Barron was a member of the First Congregational Church in Salem, NH, the Contemporary Women’s Club and the State Federation of Women’s Clubs.
She was predeceased by her husband Donald Barron. She was also predeceased by a Son Atty. Bruce Barron.
She is survived by 1 Daughter: Dawn Barron of Salem, NH
1 Son: Tennant W. & his Wife Sally Barron of West Chester, PA
1 Daughter In Law: Shirley Barron of Derry, NH
2 Sisters: Carroll Simpson of Kingston, NH
Helen Pappas of Goodwater, AL
2 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild, Several Nieces & Nephews
A memorial Service will be held Friday, January 7, 2005 at 11 AM at the First Congregational Church, 15 Lawrence Road, Salem, NH.
There are no calling hours.
