Rose L. “Cookie” Rowley, 47, of 6 Franklin St. died January 3, 2005 in Lakes Region General Hospital following a long battle with complications of emphysema. She was born in New York City January 21, 1957, the daughter of Francis and Rose (Troiano) Isabelle and had been a resident of Lakeport since 1960.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Lakes parish.
Survivors include two sons, James Rowley of Lakeport and Francis Rowley and his wife Bernadette Rowley of Hillsboro NH; a grandson, Andrew Rowley of Hillsboro NH; Her parents, Francis and Rose Isabelle of Lakeport. She also leaves an uncle, Joseph Isabelle of New Hampton, an aunt, Gerry Ackley of Laconia; her former husband, James Rowley of Laconia; cousins Shelly Ackley of Manchester and Dennis Ackley of Laconia; and many dear friends.
A private service was held at the family home.The Simoneau & Lambert Funeral Home, 139 Church St. assisted the family with arrangements.
