BROWN, Ronald F. of Winthrop, passed away at the Massachusetts General Hospital on February 5, 2015. He was 67. Born in Boston, he was the cherished son of the late Wendell B. and June A. (Kohler) Brown. He was the devoted father of Ronald F. Brown II and his wife Heather of Winthrop and Shoshanna Craig-Starks and her husband Keith of Durham, ME. Brother of Judy Brown of MA and the late Peter Brown. He is also survived by his loving canine companion “Skipper”. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at the Beachmont Yacht Club 168 Pearl Ave Revere, on Sun. March 1, at 1pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Ron was the Past Commodore of the Beachmont Yacht Club and was also a member of the Winthrop Yacht Club, Winthrop Lodge of Elks #1078, and was an active member of the Wakefield Men’s Basketball League.
