Leslie (Blinn) Ahern, of Plymouth formerly of East Bridgewater, died peacefully at home on February 5th at the age of 64. The beloved wife of the late John Ahern, she is survived by her daughter Bridget Murphy and her husband Michael of Plymouth, her sisters Cheryl Conway of Weymouth, Nancy Kameese of Avon, Patty Creaven of Centerville and Marsha Paradis of MI and her brother William Blinn of Weymouth. She was the devoted Mimi to Johnny Murphy.
Leslie was born in Quincy, daughter of the late William and Ruth (Goswald) Blinn. She had worked as a medical secretary and loved quilting, reading and especially spending time with Johnny.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, February 10th at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd (Rt 3A), Plymouth (Manomet) from 5 to 7 PM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 11th at the National Cemetery in Bourne at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations in her memory be made to Hospice of the South Shore, 30 Reservoir Park Dr, Rockland, MA 02370.
