Dr. Wolfgang G. Scholz, 87, of Mystic died Monday, February 2, 2015 at the Westerly Hospital. He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Carolyn (Schlipf) Scholz.
He was born on March 1, 1927 in Brieg, Germany, the son of Carl and Margarete (Lade) Scholz. He worked as an attorney for many years both in Germany and the United States.
He was an avid motorcyclist and during the years that they lived in Germany, he and Carolyn rode all over Europe ~ from Rome to the top of Scotland. He was also an animal lover.
Funeral Services and burial will be private for the family.
