David Eugene Clark, 46, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 at his residence.
He was born in Louisville, KY to Ralph E. Clark & Janice S. (Sharpe) Fulkerson.
He was a disabled construction worker and a Christian.
He was preceded in death by his Father and 2 Brothers: Chris & Jimmy Clark,
Survivors include his Mother: Janice (Sharpe) Fulkerson; Step-Father: Ron Fulkerson; a Sister: Holly Green (Steven) and 2 nieces: Stephanie and Kady Green
Cremation was chosen by the family. No Visitation or Service.
