Beloved father of Shelly Ashby-Spexarth of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Harold E. Brown III of Chelsea and Melanie Lee Brown and Melissa Joy Brown, both of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Loving brother of Nancy Cardone and Kathleen Torres both of Chelsea, John Brown of Lynn and the late Gloria Mondou, Patricia Pizzaro and Michael Brown. Cherished grandfather of Julianna, Shyanne and Mia. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Memorial Service in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Tuesday, February 3rd from 4 PM until 5:30 PM. He lived his life in Fayetteville, North Carolina with his family enjoying the Carolina weather. He loved to fish and loved the ocean. He worked as a mechanic for 15 years, and then worked security for a private company, and on base at Fort Bragg, NC. Harold and his wife, Anne, are vendors of the Bragg Boulevard Flea Market, and have numerous friends there as well. Anyone that knew Harold, knew that he was a straight forward person and always said what was on his mind. He always provided for his family, and was a loving brother, husband, father, and grandfather. He was very loved and will never be forgotten.
