Shane Nathan Mead, 43, of Anderson died unexpectedly at Community Hospital on January 24, 2015.
Survivors include his mother, Sherry Taylor, brother, Rodney Mead, Fiancee, Angela Pettigrew; daughter, Shalin Mead.
Cremation has been chosen with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
Donations may be made to the funeral home to help family with expenses.
