BELMONT – Thomas M. Brouillet, 45, of 42 Leavitt Road, died Monday, January 19, 2015 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.
He was born on December 28, 1969 in Oahu, Hawaii, the son of Frederick Sr. and Dorene (Brissette) Brouillet.
In addition to his parents of Belmont, he is survived by his three children; Tadd Brouillet of Belmont, Tyler Brouillet of Bridgewater and Ryan Brouillet of Laconia, two brothers; Daniel Brouillet of Belmont and Frederick Brouillet Jr. of Fairfield, Maine, many nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours.
Services will be private.
