LOWELL - Scott David Burnett, age 50, died unexpectedly at his Lowell home Monday morning, January 19th, from an apparent heart attack. He was the beloved spouse of Rae Ann Tallent.
Scott was born in Lynn, MA, on August 12, 1964, a son of the late Ronald A. and Marcia Snow (Porter) Burnett. He was raised in Nashua and had attended Nashua High School.
He had worked as a furniture mover for Grabel Van Lines, and later as a Chef at the former River Road Café in No. Tewksbury.
Scott was a devoted fan of Boston’s professional sports teams, especially the N.E. Patriots, and was an avid and accomplished fisherman.
Besides his beloved Rae Ann, he leaves three children, Rhonda M. Pattelena of No. Reading, Mandy R. Tallent of Manchester, NH, and Scott David Burnett Jr., of Lowell; two grandsons, Robert B.R. Pattelena and Noah C. Coleman; three brothers, Kenneth E. Burnett of Lowell, Ronald A. Burnett Jr of Hudson, NH, Peter J. Burnett of Nashua, NH; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visiting hours Saturday, January 24, from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. in the Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey and 975 Main Sts. (Rte 38) TEWKSBURY CENTER, Ph. (800 in MA or 978) 851 2950.
