Mark Eric Miller, 47, of Tifton died Saturday, January 17, 2015, at his residence. His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with Rev. Terrell Roberts officiating. Mr. Miller will be laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 20, 2015, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Byron Saylor, Dewey Drawdy, Bill Cowden, Roger Stone, David Brooks Jr. and Kenneth Vickers will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the men of Tift Avenue Baptist Church.
Mr. Miller was born on June 11, 1967 in Saline, Michigan and was the son of William Joseph Miller and Edna Frances Moore Miller, both deceased. He was previously employed at First Products and South Georgia Ice Company, both in Tifton.
Mr. Miller is survived by one step-daughter and her husband, Amanda and Jake Goggans of Tifton; one brother, Billy Joe Miller of Alabama; three sisters, Sherrie Inman and Monica Miller, both of Ocilla and Debra McNeil of Alabama; his friend, Regina Jackson of Tifton; and several nieces and nephews.
