Carol A. (Szymanski) Moretti of Medford died Wednesday, January 14, after a long illness. Born and raised in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Elena (DePrizio) and Stanley Szymanski. Carol was a florist at Stop & Shop in Medford for many years.
She was the beloved wife of the late Richard J. Moretti Sr., and devoted mother of Richard J. Moretti Jr. and his wife Nadeen of Medford. Carol was the loving grandmother of Richard T. and Mia Moretti of Medford, and sister of the late Michael Szymanski.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, on Saturday, January 17 at 9AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday from 4 through 8PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
