Constantine A. Petrigni, 74, of Derry, NH, died Wednesday January 7, 2015 in the Parkland Medical Center in Derry. He was born in Butler, PA on January 31, 1940, a son of the late Albert and Ethel (Dupe) Petrigni. He had been a resident of Derry for the past 40 years, formerly living in Acton, MA and Butler, PA. Constantine was a US Navy veteran serving aboard the USS Barbero submarine during the Korean era. He had been employed as a field service engineer with Honeywell for many years. Constantine was an avid golfer and a member of Brookstone Golf Club in Derry. He was an avid reader, enjoyed crossword puzzles and loved music.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria (Sokol) Petrigni of Derry; one son, Anthony Petrigni of Birmingham, AL; two daughters, Tina Petrigni of Mombai, India, and Angela Petrigni of Newmarket, NH; one sister, Janis Honse of Renfrew, PA; as well as numerous extended family.
Calling hours were held on Monday, January 12th from 4 - 7pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Funeral services followed at 7:00pm in the funeral home, with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greater Derry Humane Society, P.O. Box 142, E. Derry, NH 03041, or to the charity of one’s choice.
