Jan (Woodbury) Sliby of Dedham, passed away on December 31, 2014. She was 69 years old. Born and raised in Stoughton, Jan was a graduate of the New England Baptist Hospital School of Nursing and Emmanuel College. She spent her entire professional career, 45 years, at the New England Baptist Hospital, serving as the Medical coordinator for the Boston Celtics and later retiring on 11/11/11 as the Vice President of Nursing.
Jan was the dear and devoted wife of Kenneth G. Sliby. Dear sister of Bruce Woodbury of Lowell. She is also survived by Kenneth’s son Kenneth G. Sliby and his wife Barbara of Franklin as well as several loving cousins.
Jan’s Funeral Service was held January 6, 2015 at the Allin Congregational Church in Dedham.

A gentle snow fell as Jan was laid to rest at Mt. Benedict Cemetery in West Roxbury.
