Theresa G. Moore (56) of Effort, Penn. formerly of Brockton died December 26th at the Pocono Medical Center in Stroudsburg, Penn. She was the loving wife of Glenn R. Moore.
She was was born in Boston daughter of the late John and Alice (Cannon) Kelley and grew up and was educated in Randolph. Theresa loved to go camping with family, watching and attending Nascar races, especially down the street at the Pocono Speedway. She loved her grandchildren and was a special caretaker to her son Patrick.
In addition to her husband she is survived by 2 daughters Kelly Mattar of Brockton, Ashley Moore of Effort, Penn, 2 sons Derek Cederlund and Patrick Moore both of Effort, Penn, 2 grandchildren Jack and Bryce Mattar, 2 sisters Alice Keough of Randolph, Patricia Stewart of Dresdan, Maine. 2 brothers John Kelley of Raynham and Thomas Kelley of Moultonboro, NH.
Funeral Services from the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton January 3rd, 2015 at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ann's Church West Bridgewater at 10 am. Burial will follow in the family lot in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation Friday January 2nd, 2015 from 5-8 pm.
