Obituary

Susan E. Belitsky of Brockton (66) died December 21st at the Braemoor Rehabilitation Center. She was the loving wife of Stephen A. Belitsky for 42 years.
Susan was born February 21, 1948. Daughter of the late James R. and Frances A. (Flavin) McEnrue. She attended Quincy and Braintree Schools. She worked for the Davis School in Brockton for many years as a teacher's aide then as a bus monitor as well as a teacher's aide for special needs and handicapped children at Brockton High School. She was affectionately called Miss Sue by "her kids". Susan was a very gentle soul. She loved the holidays and decorating, and cooking for her husband Steve. Although she never had any children of her own, she loved all children and she gained the respect and love of all her kids. Sue had a stubborn streak a mile wide and could be exasperating, but made you laugh at the same time. She overcame adversity in her own life having had polio as a child, but she never complained about anything. Even if people were not always kind or patient with her, she never got mad. Susan loved everyone and didn't have a mean bone in her body.
Susan will be very much missed by her husband Steve, her sisters Anita F. Myrick of Brockton, Michele A. McEnrue of Holbrook and her brother Robert R. McEnrue of Florida as well as many nieces, nephews and many friends. She was also the sister of the late Fr. James R. McEnrue SM and Carolyn Vechione. I'm sure when she left this life she was met by her Mom and Dad, brother and sister and now has gone home to be with God.
Funeral Services will be held in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Saturday January 3, 2015 at 8 pm. Cremation to follow. Visitation from 5 pm prior to services.
