SHAW, Edward C.- Of Malden and Melrose, December 18th. Devoted husband of the late Arlene (Kendale) and Christine (DiAntonio). Beloved father of Jean C. Ormrod and her husband Roland of Little River, SC, Leslie A. Waystack and her husband Charles and Lauren A. Temples and her companion Frank Limone all of Melrose and the late Robert B. Shaw. Cherished grandfather of Kerri A. DeWolf and her husband Kevin of Melrose and Bryan J. Melanson and his wife Dawn, Robert Melanson and Jillian Melanson all of Baltimore, MD. Also lovingly survived by 5 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem Street, (Maplewood Square) MALDEN on Tuesday, December 23rd at 10 AM. Visitation with the family beginning at 8:30 AM. Services will conclude with interment at Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose. Late United States Army Veteran of WWII, 35 year employee of H.P. Born in Boston, a graduate of Melrose High School and residing in Malden and Melrose for most of his life, Edward passed away at the Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation Health Care Center in Saugus Thursday afternoon at the age of 96.
