Luella Rice George Beason

Luella Rice George Beason, 93 of Greenville,Ohio died on December 13, 2014 at Oakley Place Assisted Living after a brief illness.
She was born November 10, 1921 in Burning Springs, Kentucky to Gilbert and Floy B. (Cook) Rice.
She was the secretary for the National Board of Christian Education. She was also an officer in Mid-Century Club, Widows Club, Aldelphia Philai Club, Anderson Christian Woman's Association, and loved to play the piano. She attended both East Side Church of God and Park Place Church of God.
She is survived by her son, Richard (Janet) George, sister, Dorothy Matz, special friend, Joan Mowry, grandchildren, Rick George, Jennifer Keels, Ryan George, David Brown and Deborah Henderson, and great-grandchild, Michael Holbrook.
She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Sandy Leslie, and grandson, Gerald Brown.
Services will be held at 1pm on Monday, December 15th, 2014 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Cremation will take place with a burial of the cremated remains at Rose Hill Cemetery in Ohio.
