Wife of the late Paul J. "Howie" Dineen. Mother of Diane T. Gans of Charlestown and Paul K. Dineen of Quincy. Sister of Gerry Willis of Quincy and Francis Fraine of Billerica. Grandmother of Jaclyn, Joshua and Christina. Frances is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday at 11:30 am in North Weymouth Cemetery.
