Marjorie W. Browning, 63, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Tuesday, December 14, 2004, at her residence.
Graveside services will be held 2 P.M. Thursday, December 16, 2004, at Evergreen Cemetery, with the Rev. Bobby Stone officiating.
Mrs. Browning was born October 18, 1941, in Stockton, Georgia, to the late Robert Earl and Gertrude Jackson Wiggins. She lived in the community most of her life. Mrs. Browning was a former employee of Tice Yarn, Shoney’s Restaurant and former owner/operator of the Pecan Lounge. She was of the Jehovah’s Witness faith.
Mrs. Browning is survived by her husband: Louie J. Browning, Fitzgerald; four children: Wanda Anderson, Waycross, Teresa Brady, Pam Browning and David Browning, all of Fitzgerald; five grandsons and four great-grandchildren; four brothers: Earl, Jack and Carol Wiggins, all of Fitzgerald and Homer Wiggins, Fernandina Beach, FL; one sister: Judy Bryant, Fitzgerald.
