Wallace E. Clark, 85, of Millis died Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Medway Country Manor Nursing Home.
Born in Millis on August 21, 1929, he was the son of the late George N. and Lena (Mayer) Clark.
Mr. Clark was a lifelong resident of Millis and proudly served in the Army during the Korean War.
Before his retirement, he worked for the Town of Millis Highway Department for many years.
Mr. Clark was a member of the Millis American Legion Post 208 and was a life member of the Millis AmVets Post 495.
Mr. Clark was a former member of the Call Fire Department in Millis and was an avid NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his daughter Paula, by two brothers, John W. Clark and his wife Vonnie of Medway and Maynard S. “Buster” Clark and his wife Barbara of Valier, Montana and many nieces and nephews.
He was he brother of the late Pauline Dunlap and Nesbit A. Clark.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) on Tuesday, December 9th at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Millis.
Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4 – 7 p.m.
