Polly Wheeler Bailey passed away November 26, 2014.
She is survived by three children, Danny and Michael Bailey, Barbara Jarzynka; and many grand and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday, December 1, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway., with visitation 11:00AM-1:00PM.
Burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
