Phyllis Ann (Kardatzke) Miller, 75, passed from earthly life after a brief illness, on November 14, 2014 at her Anderson home. She was born at St. John's Hospital, on August 14, 1939 to Carl H. and Eva Clare (Holbrook) Kardatzke.
She is survived by her husband, Harold M. Miller, her four children; Jerry (Susan) Miller, Laura (Gary) House, Leah (Bob) Helvering, Rob (Heidi) Miller and her ten grandchildren; Jesse and Julie (Brooks Busch) Miller; Ryan, Megan and Nathan House; Ethan, Abigail and Gabriel Helvering; Carl and Anna Miller, and her siblings; Mary (Rod) Hale, Howard (Karon) Kardatzke, and Lois (Jim Dalley) Brennan.
Phyllis lived her life to serve others through teaching, writing, and nursing. Her life's passion was to love people. Her incredible sacrificial love for family was evident to all who knew her and her love for Jesus was the source of it all.
A celebration of life will be held 3 p.m. at Park Place Church of God on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 with Dr. David Markle officiating.
Visitation will be Monday, November 17 from 3-8 P.M. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Memorial contributions can be gifted to Park Place Community Center Food Pantry where she loved to serve.
