Doris M. Bilodeau, 78, of Exeter, NH passed away on Friday, November 14, 2014 at her residence after a period of declining health. She was born September 16, 1936 in Lawrence, MA and was a daughter of the late Ernest and Irene (Nault) Gallant.
Mrs. Bilodeau was a homemaker and enjoyed playing cards and crossword puzzles. She will forever be remembered for her love of her family, and the cherished time she was able to spend with them. Doris was predeceased by her beloved husband, Rene Bilodeau in 1998.
Other members of the family include two daughters, Lisa Tillson and her husband Gregg and Linda Bouchard, a son David Bukoski, four grandchildren, Wendy and her husband Jamie, Christopher and his wife Christine, Nicholas and his wife Crystal and Tracey, three great-grandchildren, Abigail, Alexis and Ayla, a sister, Carol Nichols, and her brother, Robert Gallant, as well an aunt and numerous nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were held Monday, November 17, 2014 from 5 to 7 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH. Funeral services were held on Tuesday the 18th at 10:00am in the funeral home. The burial followed at Forest Hill Cemetery in E. Derry. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, NH 01701-9376.
