Sandra L. (Butnes) Bard, 58 of Leicester died Wednesday, October 29th at home. She leaves her husband of 6 years, Eamonn Bard; a grandson, Gage Bard; her parents, Stanley and Carol Butnes of Leicester; a brother, Lee Butnes; a sister, Debra Butnes both of Worcester; and her dogs, Sparky and Baby. She was predeceased by a son, Scott Muncy and a daughter, Jillian Muncy.
She was born in Auburn and graduated from Auburn High School. Sandra attended the Katherine Gibbs School in Providence. She worked at Worcester Polytechnic Institute for 13 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, working in her yard and gardening.
Funeral services and burial will be private. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue is directing arrangements.
