BELMONT – Steven H. Chadwick, 62, of 53 Concord Street, died Sunday, October 26, 2014 surrounded by his family after a brief battle with cancer.
He was born on July 28, 1952 in Laconia, the son of the late Harry and Patricia (Lacasse) Chadwick. Steven worked as a plumber, electrician and builder. He worked as a self-employed contractor for a number of years and most recently worked for Don Morin & Associates in Laconia. He was a muscle car enthusiast and enjoyed drag racing. Steven was known as a jack of all trades.
He is survived by his four children; Sandy Chadwick of Gilford, Sarah Chadwick of Belmont, Jeffrey Chadwick of Belmont and Becky Chadwick of Laconia, four grandchildren; Richard Fielders III, Dominic Ferrari, Addison Howard and Bradley Steven Chadwick, two brothers; Mike Chadwick of Warner and Tim Chadwick of Penacook, two sisters, Linda Paquette of Laconia and Debbie Poisson of Hooksett and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial calling hours will be held from 5PM to 8PM on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, using the Carriage House entrance. A graveside service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, November 8, 2014 in the family plot at Old Riverside Cemetery in Alton.
