Vivian M. Scanlon of Deutsches Altenheim German Center in West Roxbury formerly of Needham died on Sunday December 5th at the age of 85. Born in St. Albans Vermont, Vivian was the beloved wife of the late William E. Scanlon. Mother of Patricia of Davie Florida, William and his wife Betty Ann of Needham, Michael and his wife Donna of Hingham, James of Newton, Katherine of Walpole, Marguerite of Holliston and John and his wife Phyllis of Medfield. Dear sister of Jan Cameron and the late Arnold and Glen Paquette. Vivian is also survived by her loving grandchildren; James, Alissa, Stacey, Ross, Christopher, Peter, and Jennifer. Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Thursday Dec. 9th at 9:00 AM . Followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Bartholomew Church Needham at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Wednesday from 5-8 PM. Interment will be private.
