Beloved father of Luis Angel Rodriguez, Jr. of Lynn, Jamie Rodriguez of Malden, June Rodriguez of Chelsea, Candido Rodriguez of Peabody, Beatrice Rodriguez of Revere, Nancy Rivera of Boston, Daniel Rivera of Worcester, Reynaldo Pereira of Worcester, Charles Pereira of Boston, Ricardo Pereira of Worcester and Fifi Rodriguez of Chelsea. Brother of Marco Rodriguez of Everett, Rufina Rodriguez and Candido Rodriguez both of Puerto Rico and Carmen and Isiah Rodriguez both of New Jersey. Also lovingly survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Wednesday morning, December 8th at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Luis, age 60, came to Chelsea at the age of 14, passed away in the emergency room of the Boston Medical Center on Saturday afternoon from complications from brain cancer.
For many years he worked as an auto re conditioner at Atlantic Toyota on the Lynnway in Lynn.
