Worcester—Anthony John Leo, infant son of Peter J. and Katarzyna (Kruszewska) Leo, passed away Monday, November 29, 2004, in UMass Memorial Hospital.
He leaves his grandparents Ralph and Elizabeth Leo of Hollywood, FL and Anna and Jan Kruszewska of Worcester and an uncle. Private graveside services will be held at Notre Dame Cemetery on Saturday, Dec. 4.
