Esther A. Cipoletta, age 87, of Woburn formerly of Boston´s West End, passed away Thursday following a lengthy illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael F. Cipoletta. Born in Woburn she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Josephine (Fedile) Lucontoni. Mrs Cipoletta was devoted to her family and enjoyed card games and bingo. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Lung Association, 1505 Commonwealth Ave, Brighton, MA 02136.
Mrs Cipoletta is survived by her daughter, Grace Vitello of Danville, NH and her sons, Michael A. Cipoletta of Malden and Anthony J. Cipoletta of Watertown. She is also survived by six loving grandchildren and two loving great grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother Fred Lucontoni of Stratham, NH and her sister Mildred Jewett of East Boston.
Funeral from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home 60 Pleasant St., Woburn, Tuesday, at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St. Woburn, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
