Family members in addition to his wife include his daughter: Dawn Emert (Richard) of Evans; grandchildren: Jamie Crawford, Charles Emert; and a great grandson: William Spurrier.
A memorial service will be Friday, October 10, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Pastor Mike Freed officiating.
