Fanny (Taveira) Perry, age 102, of Somerset, passed away on Saturday September 27, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Francisco P. and Maria (Cabral Mello) Taveira, and wife of the late Louis Perry. She was a seamstress for the Garment Industry, enjoyed cooking for her family, sewing, and spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by her daughter; Doreen Sigman (husband John) of Swansea, two grandchildren; Christopher (wife Karen) of Fall River and Sean Sigman of Somerset, three grandchildren; Ali, Ian, and Benjamin Sigman.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River THURSDAY with extended calling hours from 8:00-10:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. John of God Church at 11:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
