CHANGE OF CHURCH
Patrick J. Crowe, age 45, of Brockton, died peacefully on Saturday September 20, 2014. Born in Tuam, Co. Galway, Ireland, a son of the late Paddy and Bridie (McDonagh) Crowe, he came to Brockton 21 years ago.
Patrick had been employed by the Milton School Department for over 15 years. Previously, he had worked at Wheaton College in Norton and Stonehill College in North Easton. Patrick had been a member of the Enterprise and Bertocci Clubs in Brockton and loved spending time at the Brockton Fire Museum. He also enjoyed singing, music, trips to the beach, his angels Woody and Lola, and most especially time spent with family and friends. He will be remembered as being very outgoing, kind and helpful. He always thought of others.
Patrick was the brother of Thomas “Rocky” Crowe and his wife Sue of Brockton, William Crowe and his wife Lucy of Ireland and Martin Crowe and his wife Ginny of Brockton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday 4-8pm. The funeral procession will gather at the funeral home Thursday at 8am for a funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 433 West Street, Brockton at 9am. Burial will be private. Donations in Patrick’s name may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 10 Speen Street, 2nd Floor, Framingham, MA 01701.
