SALEM- Gertrude M. (Jalbert) Bolduc, 78, of Salem, wife of the late Joseph A. “Eddie” Bolduc, died Monday morning, November 29, 2004 at the Devereux House Nursing Home, Marblehead, following a long illness.
Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late George and Helena (LeBlanc) Jalbert and was a lifelong resident of the city.
Mrs. Bolduc enjoyed beano, puzzles, knitting and other hand crafts.
She is survived by three brothers, Raymond Jalbert of Marblehead, George E. Jalbert of Peabody, Robert R. “Pete” Jalbert of Salem, one sister, Jeanette Eon of Salem and three generations of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Leo Jalbert, Roger Jalbert, and two sisters, Theresa Marraffa and Alice Frye.
Her funeral service will be held Friday, December 3, 2004 at 8 am from the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem, followed by a funeral Mass at 9 am at Ste. Anne’s Church, Salem. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours are Thursday, 5 to 8 pm. Burial is in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem.
