Funeral Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Thursday at 11am. Visitation 10-11am. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery. Donations in Bertrand’s name may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101.
Obituary
Mr. LeBlanc died Monday morning at the Brockton Hospital after a brief illness.
Born in Boston, he was a son of the late Amos and Carolyn (Smith) LeBlanc. He moved to Brockton as a young child. He was a Master Carpenter and had been employed as a cabinet maker with Wood Hue Kitchens for many years. His hobbies included working on his home, making furniture, as well as many other aspects of woodworking.
He is survived by two daughters Bertelle M. Richardson of Fayetteville, NC. and Jean M. Hatch of West Bridgewater. Grandfather of Dean Richardson of NC, Janice Golder of West Bridgewater and William Hatch of Falmouth, 6 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, many nieces and nephews, one brother Russell LeBlanc of NV and two sisters Shirley Pajek of New York and Phyllis Silva of East Bridgewater.
He was the husband of the late Pauline C. (Bennard) LeBlanc, father of the late Bertrand LeBlanc, Jr., and brother of the late Joseph Ameddy “Meddy” LeBlanc.
