LOWELL - William F. Bertrand Jr., age 29, a lifelong Lowell resident passed away September 11, at Lowell General Hospital, Saints Campus.
He was born in Lowell, March 19, 1985, the beloved son of Margaret M. Murphy and Thomas Ullo. He attended St. Margaret’s Parochial School, and the Greater Lowell Vocational School.
He loved his job as a tour guide in downtown Boston and California for Segway.
Besides his parents, he leaves two beautiful children, Ethyn William Bertrand and Josalyn Mary-Rose Bertrand and their mother, Misty Lee Guilbeault all of Lowell.
Billy had a fantastic hug, a great smile and an equally great sense of humor. Billy loved spending time with his children, camping, fishing, body surfing at the beach, going to sporting events, especially watching his son Ethyn play football, and he loved sharing “gold-fish” with Josalyn.
He is also survived by his brother Michael Bertrand, his sisters Dawn-Marie Edwards, and Melissa Regan Rodrigues; his aunts and uncles, Ronald and Mary Wood, Patrick and Sandra Murphy all of Dunstable, Paul F. Murphy and his fiancée Linda Clough, and Michael Murphy, all of Dracut, Colleen and Mario Cameilo of Litchfield, NH, Marilyn and Marc Charbonneau of Bedford, NH; his cousins, Caitlin and Michaela Murphy, Sarah and Mitchell Charbonneau, Lauren and Catherine Camelio; he was predeceased by his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Paul Murphy, Sr.; and his brother, William Regan; and sister Kerri Regan.
