Anthony J. “Tony” Ippolito, Jr., 76 of Arlington, died Saturday, September 6, after a long illness.
Born in Boston, he resided in Arlington for the past 2 years and was formerly of Hudson, MA and Medford. He was the son of the late Philomena (DeMarco) and Anthony J. Ippolito, Sr. Tony was a former employee of the Digital Corp.
Beloved husband of Paula (McNabb). Devoted father of Diane Ippolito of Norwood, James P. Ippolito and his wife Bernadette of Hingham, Karen Bongo and her husband Robert of Mansfield. Loving grandfather of Alexandra, Hilary and James Ippolito, Brittany and Jake Bongo.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Agnes Church, 30 Medford St., Arlington, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
