Funeral services for Mike McNair, Sr., 56, of Warwick, Ga., will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Perry Funeral Chapel, Inc. in Ashburn, Ga. Interment will follow at Rainey Cemetery in Turner County, Ga. Mike passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at home after an extended illness.
The son of the late Bobby Lee McNair and Edna Merle Roberts Mallard, he was born in Warwick, Ga. He was retired from Ivey Mechanical Company. Mike was a member of the West Ridge Church in Dallas, Ga.
Survivors include a son David (Chikako) McNair, Jr. of Japan, a daughter Makenna McNair of Cummings, Ga., a brother Tommy (Gloria) McNair of Warwick, Ga., two sisters Martha Sue (Bobby) M. Taylor of Marysville, TN., Barbara Ann (Berry) Matthews of Jacksonville, FL., and three grandchildren, Betty Hana, Lara Tsukiko and Michael Kaito McNair of Japan.
The family will receive friends, Friday, August 29, 2014 from six until eight at the Perry Funeral Chapel, Inc.
