Norman J. Bineault, age 60, passed away on Thurs., Aug. 21, 2014. He was born on July 21, 1954 in Springfield. He was a son of the late Joseph and Joanna (Perlak) Bineault. Norman was a graduate of Chicopee High School, Class of 1972. He and his brother Joseph Bineault were co-owners of the former Friar Tucks Pub in Chicopee Falls from 1980-1986. He was a US Air Force Reserve Veteran who served during Desert Shield/Storm. He was also an Inspector for Boston and Maine Railroad for many years before he retired. Normans had a passion for both cooking being outdoors. He leaves 1 beloved son, Alexander Bineault of Chicopee; 1 beloved daughter Marijo Bineault of Chicopee; 1 brother Joseph Bineault of Hollywood, FL; his twin sister Eleanor Bineault of Chicopee and his former wife of 27 years, Jo (Hastings) Bineault of Chicopee; He also leaves his beloved niece, Joyann Bineault, his nephew, Jeffrey Bineault and his nephew and Godson, Ryan Bineault; his companion Gail Collins of Belchertown and his two beloved dogs, Stella and Sophie. Calling hours will be held on Tues., Aug. 26, 2014 from 4-7 p.m. at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. A funeral service will be held on Wed. Aug. 27th at 10 a.m. from the Grise Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St Patrick’s Church at 11 a.m. Burial will take place in the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam.
