Evelyn S.(Johnson)Maschino,83, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014, at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. Born in Meade County, KY she was a homemaker and a Catholic by faith.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Floyd Nicholas “Nick” Spaulding; parents, William and Dorothy Johnson; and her brother, Kenneth Wayne Johnson.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Maschino; daughter, Sandra Sue Hofmann (Jim) and their children, Troy Hofmann, Robin Daniels and Brian Hofmann; son, Keith Spaulding (Donna) and their daughter, Leslee Spaulding; brother, William L. Johnson, Jr.; ten great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren and her lifelong friend, Dorothy Schroerlucke and a host of other friends.
Her funeral will be 12:00 noon Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
