WORCESTER___Joanne (Nadreau) Cripps Rochette, 55, of 17 Clarkson St., died Friday Nov. 19 in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center.
She leaves her husband, Noel Rochette, a daughter, Kelly A. Cripps, two sons, Jason A. Cripps and Joshua E. Rochette all of Worcester; a brother, David A. Nadreau of Douglas; a sister, Ann M. Nadreau of Worcester; a grandson, Andrew P. Cripps and three nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Edmond V. Nadreau, Jr. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Edmond V. Nadreau, Sr., and Anna M. (Herlihy) Nadreau and lived here all her life.
Mrs. Cripps Rochette was a bookkeeper five years for Modern Manufacturing Co., and before then worked in accounting for the Paul Revere Insurance Co.
She was educated in Worcester schools and graduated from St. Stephen’s High School, class of 1967. Joanne enjoyed crocheting and bingo and was a collector of all things “Tigger”.
The service will be held graveside Tuesday Nov. 23 at 10 a.m.in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., are Monday Nov. 22 from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress St., 5th Floor, Boston, 02110.
