Robert C. Perras, 72, of Bedford, NH died July 25, 2014 at the Catholic Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Manchester on November 17, 1941, he was the son of Arthur and Cecile (Perreault) Perras. He was educated in the local parochial school system and graduated from St. Marie’s.
He enjoyed traveling, miniature golf, walking in the rain at the beach, and solving puzzles. He had a passion for automobiles which motivated him to open his own business in 1965, Perras Auto Inc., located in Pinardville, which he ran for years prior to retirement. Above all else, he will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many.
Family members include his wife of 54 years Elise (Ladouceur) Perras of Bedford; two sons, Chuck Perras and wife Karen of Bedford, Rick Perras and wife Robin of Austin, TX; one daughter, Lisa Williams and husband Rick of Manalapan, NJ; six grandchildren, Jordan, Kyle, Morgan, Colin, Dylan, and Kristen.
A memorial Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Thursday, July 31, 2014 in Sacred Heart Church, So. Main St., Manchester. Committal prayers and urn burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
